刘欢，男，汉族，中共党员，工学博士。2022年10月博士毕业于东北大学岩土工程专业。2023年2月入职中国石油大学（北京）克拉玛依校区，现为工学院储运系讲师。主要从事油气地下储存、油气管道工程地质灾害方面的研究工作。
